David M. Wallace, Ph.D. President and Founder
Dr. Wallace is president and founder of Wallace Scientific Consulting, a provider of medicinal chemistry consulting and intellectual property services to industry and academia.
Dr. Wallace received a doctorate degree in organic chemistry from the University of California, Davis. He has more than 18 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry leading medicinal chemistry teams. Projects have targeted various enzymes and receptors (G-protein coupled receptors, nuclear hormone receptors, kinases, bacterial efflux pumps) covering a variety of diseases such as oncology, cardiovascular, inflammatory, metabolic and antimicrobial.
Dr. Wallace is a registered patent agent (#64957) and has more than five years of experience drafting provisional and nonprovisional patent applications. He is an inventor on seven issued patents and more than a dozen provisional and published nonprovisional applications.
